Federation of Indian Pilots (FIP) wrote to Civil Aviation Ministry, slamming Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau (AAIB) for 'compromising integrity' of Air India plane crash investigation. It said AAIB flouted rules and leaked "selective details" of cockpit voice recordings to media, leading to "character assassination" of Captain Sumeet Sabharwal. FIP sought judicial probe into the crash.
