PM Modi, Biden firm up drone deal as they hold bilateral talks
India and US firmed up multi-billion dollar MQ-9B drones deal as PM Narendra Modi met Joe Biden on Sunday. "Biden welcomed the progress towards India concluding procurement of 31 General Atomics MQ-9B (16 Sky Guardian and 15 Sea Guardian) remotely piloted aircraft," an official statement read. In February, US had approved sale of 31 MQ-9B drones to Indian military.
