PM Narendra Modi in Delhi on Wednesday inaugurated Kartavya Bhavan, which he said is the most advanced government building in India. The Kartavya Bhavan is part of the broader transformation of the Central Vista and is the first among several upcoming Common Central Secretariat buildings. The building, which will house several ministries, features various power-saving and recycling facilities.
