PM Modi's meeting with Trump ruled out as he decides to attend ASEAN Summit virtually
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will participate virtually in the ASEAN summit scheduled to be held in Malaysia from October 26. With this, the possibility of a meeting between PM Modi and US President Donald Trump on the sidelines of the summit has been ruled out. Notably, India–US ties came under strain after the Trump administration imposed tariffs on Indian exports.
