Police have arrested Siva, the second driver of the Bengaluru-Hyderabad sleeper bus, which caught fire in Kurnool. Police have accused him of changing his statements. Police said Siva first claimed the bus hit a motcorcycle, but later alleged that its rider was already lying on road due to a "previous accident", and bus driver ran over them, triggering the fire.
