Prez Xi orders 'all-out' rescue as flash floods kill 10 in China
At least 10 people have been killed and 33 are missing in flash floods caused by heavy rain, which began on Thursday, in China’s Gansu province. Chinese President Xi Jinping has ordered "all-out" rescue operations with "utmost effort" to save the missing people. Jinping warned that local governments should not succumb to "complacency and carelessness" amid flash floods.
