Protests in Italy as Meloni doesn't recognise Palestinian state, luxury shop destroyed
A luxury showroom was destroyed in Milan as pro-Palestinian protesters clashed with police and disrupted traffic across Italy, leading to the injuries of 60 policemen. Notably, Italian PM Giorgia Meloni, unlike other European leaders, hasn't recognised Palestine as a state. "Violence and destruction will not change the lives of people in Gaza by a fraction," Meloni said.
