Pujara won India the last series in Australia, not Pant: Tim Paine
Former Australia captain Tim Paine opined that India batter Cheteshwar Pujara won India the last Border-Gavaskar Trophy in Australia. "People talk about wicketkeeper-batter Rishabh Pant...but Pujara [did that]," he said. "Pujara wore our fast bowlers down. He kept getting hit on the body, but he kept getting up," Paine recalled. Pujara scored 271 runs in four matches in the series.
