Punjab Police have foiled a target killing plot planned by Canada-based terrorist Arsh Dala and arrested his two key operatives, Kawaljit Singh and Navdeep Singh, DGP Gaurav Yadav said. Preliminary investigation revealed that the accused were planning to eliminate rival gang members and extortion targets, he added. The police have recovered a Zigana pistol and nine live cartridges from them.
