Puravankara shares jump 5% on ₹2,100 crore Mumbai project win
Puravankara Ltd shares jumped 5.30% to ₹298.10 after securing a ₹2,100 crore redevelopment project in Chembur, Mumbai. The project spans 1.2 million sq ft across eight societies. With 11 projects in Mumbai and Pune totalling 14 million sq ft, the company expects ₹18,000 crore GDV, including ₹7,700 crore from redevelopment, strengthening its presence in the western region.
