Rahul given 'Siropa' at gurudwara, Sikh body member says 'rubbing salt into 1984 wounds'
Congress leader Rahul Gandhi was given a 'siropa' (a robe of honour) at a gurdwara during his visit to Punjab to interact with flood-hit people in the state. Calling it "an insult", a Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC) member said that it is like "rubbing salt into our 1984 wounds". SGPC chief Harjinder Singh Dhami said it'll probe the matter.
