Leader of the Opposition (LoP) in Lok Sabha and Congress leader Rahul Gandhi skipped swearing-in ceremony of new Vice President CP Radhakrishnan on Friday. Criticising Rahul for skipping the ceremony, BJP National Spokesperson Pradeep Bhandari said, "Rahul has time to go on holiday in Malaysia, but not [an] official constitutional function!" "Rahul is dangerous for India's democracy!" he added.
