Raj farmers tell BLO they are too busy to fill SIR forms, he joins them in field
A BLO conducting the SIR exercise in Rajasthan's Tonk joined the farmers in the field after they told him they were "too busy" to fill out the forms. A video showed BLO Ratanlal Jat picking up a shovel and digging the field. Seeing him work, the farmers changed their minds and sat down to fill out the forms.
