Real estate company shares crashed on Thursday causing Nifty Realty Index to drop by 2%. The decline reached more than 5% after fourth session of sell-off with Prestige Estates being the biggest loser due to Income Tax searches at their offices according to an exchange filing on February 25. Shares of Phoenix Mills fell by over 4%.
