Remains of girl, 6, lost in 2011 Japan tsunami returned to family
The remains of Natsuse Yamane, a 6-year-old girl who was swept away in 2011 Tohoku earthquake and tsunami, have been returned to her family. Fourteen years after natural disaster, Natsuse's jawbone with teeth was found by a volunteer cleaning coastal debris, 100 km away from her hometown. Police conducted a DNA test and confirmed the identity of the remains.
