Richa Ghosh appointed DSP, rewarded ₹34 lakh by West Bengal govt after World Cup win
India Women wicketkeeper-batter Richa Ghosh has been appointed Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) in West Bengal Police after India's Women's World Cup 2025 victory. She has also been awarded a cash prize of ₹34 lakh by West Bengal government for scoring 34 runs in the final. She has also been conferred with the Banga Bhushan.
