Actor Rishab Shetty urged his fans to not come dressed as the character 'Daiva' in theatres, stating, "It’s very unfortunate, because that was never our intention behind making this film...it really hurts us." Rishab's remarks come after several fans came dressed as 'Daiva' to watch his movie 'Kantara: Chapter 1'. "The concept of Daiva...is not cinema for us," he added.
