Russia has deployed 8,000 North Korean soldiers in the Kursk region, close to Ukraine border, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken said. The troops are expected to enter the combat against Ukraine "in the coming days", he added. Russia has been training the soldiers in artillery, UAVs, and basic infantry operations, intending to use them in front-line operations, Blinken said.
