When asked who's tougher to deal with, Russia's Vladimir Putin or China's Xi Jinping, US President Donald Trump said, "Both are smart leaders...these are people not to be toyed with." Asked about China being a threat to US, he replied, "We're always watching them and they're always watching us." "We can be stronger by working with them (China)," Trump added.
