Russia's Rosatom has delivered the first batch of nuclear fuel for the third reactor at Tamil Nadu's Kudankulam plant. The fuel, made by Novosibirsk Chemical Concentrates Plant, arrived via a cargo flight coinciding with Russian President Vladimir Putin's two-day visit to New Delhi. Seven flights are planned in total to supply the entire reactor core and some reserve fuel.
