Russia to do nuclear tests if other nuclear powers do so: Lavrov
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said Moscow will conduct nuclear tests if any other nuclear power does so. He further stated that Russia is ready to talk with the US over the latter's accusations that Russia has conducted secret underground testing. Last month, US President Donald Trump said US would start nuclear weapons testing because of other countries' testing programs.
