S'pore's property tycoon Kwek accuses son of trying boardroom coup
Kwek Leng Beng, Chairman of Singapore's biggest listed property company City Developments, has accused his son Sherman Kwek, who is the CEO, of attempting a boardroom coup. Beng on Tuesday filed a lawsuit to oust Sherman. Beng said he tried to fire Sherman earlier this month due to "serious lapses of corporate governance" but was outvoted.
