SBI, India's largest bank, crosses $100-billion market-cap
The State Bank of India has entered the $100 billion market capitalisation club, becoming India's sixth company to do so. Its shares rose by as much as 1.47% to ₹971.15 apiece, pushing its market cap to over ₹8.86 lakh crore ($100 billion) and hitting a new-all-time high on the BSE. SBI's shares gained 10% in the last month.
