SEBI approves IPOs of ICICI Prudential AMC, Powerica, 2 others
SEBI has approved the IPO plans of four companies, including ICICI Prudential AMC. ICICI's issue, comprising an offer for sale of over 1.76 crore equity shares, could reportedly raise around ₹10,300 crore. The IPO plans of generator maker Powerica, public infrastructure development firm Technocraft Ventures, and infrastructure firm Annu Projects were also approved.
