Team India captain Shubman Gill has recorded the second-highest total by a batter in a Test match in cricket history. Gill aggregated 430 runs in the second Test against England in Edgbaston. The record for highest Test aggregate by a batter is held by England' Graham Gooch, who aggregated 456 against India in Lord's in 1990.
