Slovak PM Robert Fico's attacker jailed for 21 years
A man who shot and wounded Slovakia's PM, Robert Fico, last year was pronounced guilty of terrorism charges by a Slovak court and given a 21-year jail sentence. Juraj Cintula had shot Fico five times from over a one-metre distance. Cintula said he wanted to stop Fico from continuing policies, which according to him were damaging Slovak freedom and culture.
