Something is wrong in squad selection if Nitish is omitted: Ashwin
Referring to Nitish Kumar Reddy's exclusion from India's first ODI against South Africa, ex-India spinner Ravichandran Ashwin suggested there is something wrong with squad selection if Nitish doesn't make playing XI in Hardik Pandya's absence. Backing Ruturaj Gaikwad to continue at number four, he added, "It doesn't make sense to go to Tilak Varma right now...Give Gaikwad a longer run."
