Congress' Shashi Tharoor reacted to stampede at TVK chief Vijay's Karur rally, which killed 39 people. He said, "Something is wrong with India's crowd management…If you remember when innocent lives were lost at Bengaluru's stadium, and here children were killed, both incidents are…heartbreaking." He added that the focus should be on a national policy to protect ordinary people.
