Sonam Wangchuk charged under National Security Act, can't apply for bail
Climate activist Sonam Wangchuk, who's been arrested over unrest in Ladakh, has been charged under the stringent National Security Act (NSA), which allows for long-term detention without any scope for bail, reports said on Friday. He was taken to an undisclosed location after his arrest and is likely to be moved out of Ladakh, NDTV reported.
