South Korea to give all citizens $110 to boost domestic spending
South Korea will give a one-time payment of 150,000 won (US $110) to all citizens residing in the country as of June 18 as “consumption coupons” to boost domestic spending, officials said. The program is scheduled to run from July 21 to September 12. Money will be distributed via credit or debit cards, prepaid cards, or local government-issued gift certificates.
