Special training for priests hosted in Kolkata before Durga Puja
Every year before Durga Puja, special training is hosted for priests by All India Oriental Academy at Kolkata’s Shobhabazar Rajbari on methods of worship of Goddess Durga. This year too, camp was held from September 3 to 11. Priests are taught methods of worship starting from Bodhan which happens on Day 6 of Navaratri to immersion of idol on Dashami.
