Speeding BMW hits scooter & drags student in Gujarat, student dies
A video has surfaced online showing a speeding BMW ramming a scooter in Gujarat's Rajkot. The car dragged a 20-year-old student, who died, for a few meters after ramming the scooter. The incident took place near Crystal Mall on Kalavad Road around 2:30 AM on Monday. The accused driver, identified as Atman Patel, has been arrested.
