Spent 6 months designing Superman's Fortress: Production designer
The production designer for DC's latest film 'Superman', Beth Mickle spent six months designing Superman's home (the Fortress of Solitude), reported Variety. She said, "Building it was a massive challenge. We built 242 giant crystals, they're all real." Beth further added that only the CGI used was to create movement of the Fortress as it rose from below the ice.
