Srinagar records coldest night of the season at -3.2°C
Srinagar in central Kashmir recorded its coldest night of the season as temperatures dropped to -3.2 degree celsius. The sharp fall marked a fresh spell of intense cold-wave-like conditions across many regions, and a layer of smog is reducing overall visibility. Over the last few days, the summer capital of Jammu and Kashmir has been recording below-freezing night-time temperatures.
