Srinagar records sub-zero temperature at minus 3.2⁰C
Jammu and Kashmir witnessed an intense cold wave on Sunday as temperatures plummeted across the region. Srinagar recorded sub-zero temperatures as the minimum temperature dipped to minus 3.2⁰C at 8:30 am on Sunday, ANI reported. The intense cold also caused the surface of Dal Lake to freeze. Notably, Srinagar recorded its coldest December night yesterday in 50 years at -8.5⁰C.
