Stray dog seen strolling inside packed Delhi University classroom, scaring students
An undated video showing a stray dog strolling inside a packed Delhi University college classroom has surfaced online. A few students can be seen getting scared of the dog. The video comes amid Supreme Court's order, stating that every educational institution, hospital, public sports complex, bus stand, railway station, etc. must be fenced properly to prevent entry of stray dogs.
