Stray dogs violate our fundamental right to move freely: Amicus Curiae told SC
Senior Advocate Gaurav Agarwal, the amicus curiae to the Supreme Court in the stray dogs case, suggested to the court that the presence of dogs in public places violates the fundamental rights of humans to move freely without fear of a dog bite/assault, as well as the right to life. Almost all developed countries are free from stray dogs, his report stated.
