A supercomputer that can compute faster than eight billion humans combined is being built in the US. The country's National Science Foundation (NSF) has awarded Georgia Tech and its partners $20 million to build the system, which will use AI to accelerate scientific breakthroughs. The supercomputer will be called 'Nexus' and will have 10 quadrillion bytes of flash storage.
