Supreme Court acquits Surendra Koli in Nithari killings case, orders his release
The Supreme Court acquitted Nithari killings convict Surendra Koli and set aside his conviction and sentence. The court allowed a curative petition filed by Koli and ordered his immediate release. The Nithari killings came to light with the discovery of skeletal remains of eight children from a drain behind businessman Moninder Singh Pandher's house at Nithari in Noida in 2006.
