Suspected pork parcel sent to Singapore mosque; probe launched
A suspicious parcel containing meat, which "appears to be pork", was delivered to Al-Istiqamah Mosque in Singapore, prompting its evacuation on Wednesday, Channel News Asia reported. Home Affairs Minister K Shanmugam condemned the act as "inflammatory". "Whatever the motive, this is playing with fire," he said, pointing out that there are other similar cases that the police are investigating.
