Tea, a women-only app created to let users seek dating advice by posting pictures of men, is in the limelight after 72,000 selfies and IDs were leaked from its database. According to its website, the app was created after Founder Sean Cook witnessed his mother's "terrifying" online dating experience. She was catfished and unknowingly engaged with men having criminal records.
