Tharoor speaks for himself: Congress after he defends Advani
Congress distanced itself from party leader Shashi Tharoor's remarks defending BJP leader LK Advani. "Like always, Shashi Tharoor speaks for himself...It also reflects the essential democratic and liberal spirit unique to INC," Congress leader Pawan Khera said. "Just as Nehruji’s career can't be defined solely by China setback...the same fairness should be shown to Advaniji," Tharoor had said.
