This man quit MNC to grow microgreens; clocks ₹12 lakh/month
Mohit Nijhawan quit as the regional head of Sanofi Genzyme in 2020 to grow organic microgreens after seeing many cancer cases closely. Following vertical indoor farming, he began with three racks of microgreens in Chandigarh. Today, his startup Embryonic Greens clocks ₹12 lakh monthly turnover from a 500 sq ft room and makes a monthly profit of ₹4.8 lakh.
