Top cricketers play IPL, retired players come for PSL: Basit Ali
Former Pakistan cricketer Basit Ali said the world's top-class cricketers play in the Indian Premier League (IPL), while only retired players feature in the Pakistan Super League (PSL). "[Australia fast bowlers] Mitchell Starc and Pat Cummins...play the IPL. Who comes for our PSL," he added. The inaugural season of IPL was in 2008, with eight teams competing for the title.
