US President Donald Trump called his meeting with Chinese President Xi Jinping "amazing" and said, "On scale of 0-10, the meeting was a 12, with 10 being best." Trump said he'd agreed to reduce US tariffs on Chinese goods from 57% to 47% in exchange for Beijing resuming US soybean purchases. He added that rare earths issue has been settled.
