US President Donald Trump has urged EU officials to hit India and China with tariffs of up to 100% as part of a strategy to pressure Russian President Vladimir Putin, Reuters reported. Notably, China and India are major purchasers of Russian oil. Currently, the US has imposed 50% tariffs on India, including 25% penalty tariff over Russian oil purchases.
