Actor-turned-politician and TVK chief Vijay's key aides have been booked after stampede at his Karur rally in Tamil Nadu killed 39 people. N Anand (Bussy Anand) and CT Nirmal Kumar, along with Karur district secretary, face multiple charges, including culpable homicide not amounting to murder, officials said. Separately, TVK’s Karur West secretary VP Mathiyazhagan was also booked for violations.
