Two men tied, heads shaved, tortured, filmed by mob in Gujarat
A horrifying video from Gujarat's Kutch showed two men being tied to a tree, assaulted, and shamed as their heads and moustaches were forcibly shaved with a crowd watching and filming them. The victims, accused of trespassing, were stripped and smeared with chilli powder. Police have booked over 10 men under assault, rioting, and IT Act provisions.
