Typhoon Kajiki prompts evacuations, airport closures in Vietnam
Vietnam has shut down airports, closed schools, and initiated mass evacuations as Typhoon Kajiki is expected to make landfall on Monday. Over 3,00,000 people are being evacuated, and over a dozen domestic flights have been cancelled. With winds of up to 166 kmph, Kajiki is an extremely dangerous storm that may bring heavy rains, floods and landslides, the government said.
