Typhoon Wipha grounds 400 flights in HK, China; to head to Vietnam
Typhoon Wipha has wreaked havoc in Hong Kong and southern China, canceling over 400 flights and forcing hundreds of people into shelters. Rail travel was also disrupted in several regions and 26 people sought treatment in hospitals due to typhoon-related injuries in Hong Kong. Wipha has weakened into tropical storm and is expected to make landfall in Vietnam this week.
